About The Location

Kastrosykia, an enchanting suburb of Preveza, Greece, combines the allure of coastal living with the charm of a traditional village. Situated in the central part of the Epirotan Riviera, Kastrosykia is renowned for its picturesque landscapes, sandy beaches, and crystalline waters. This location, on one of the most seren of the Epirotan coastal front, offers the resident a direct contact with the sea, since we have a distance less than 100 meters from three beaches, and direct access to the Kastrosykia Bay, in less than 2 minutes drive. Construction

The building volume is placed centrally and is focused on creating a structure that frames a 180° view, allowing us to create north and south oriented properties half of whom are facing both orientations and 1 facing the north. The envelope of the building folds like a sheet of paper, the living spaces are revealed, the gaze is directed towards the sea view, light enters the interior unobstructed and the living spaces extend themselves outdoors. To meet the functional and aesthetic needs of its future residents, the Grosvenors project aims to constitute an exemplary case of contemporary architecture – in terms of its integration into the natural environment and the village, the functionality and organization of its living spaces, the careful management of environmental parameters (such as the views, the orientation and the light) and the application of contemporary materials, technologies and construction techniques

The Grosvenors have obtained full licensing for construction and all legal documentation is in place for direct transfer. The title is clear on the Greek Registry of Land. No earthworks are needed. An architectural plan has already been approved by the Preveza Urban Planning Authority which can be modified at the landlord’s choice. This approval is granted perpetually. The plot is not characterized as forestry land.

Movable blinds can be placed on the facade of the building that mark the architectural form of the building while offering shading and privacy at the same time. An additional feature integrated into the design is the water element both in private spaces in the form of a swimming pool, and in public areas of the building as part of the design of the surrounding area improving together with the green surfaces the living conditions in the building.
