Nestled in the hills of the Epirotan riviera, Aelea House undoubtedly boasts about one of the finest views of the Mediterranean Sea. Standing proudly at the top of the unspoilt hill of the Pidima Kiras (the “Dame’s Jump”), this emblematic architect-design home offers a 360-degree panorama of the Preveza coastline, the Acarnanian mountains, the Lefkas and Paxi islands and the infinite horizon of the sea.
With its mixed boho – modern decoration style it breathes serenity and elegance. Aelea House could easily be summed up in just two words: endless discovery! The sliding window wall opens up and reveals one of the most stunning views of the Ionian sea. You can relax in a spacious living room with large windows that welcome the first rays of sunshine. The bathrooms are well furnished and, of course fully equipped with every comfort.
This gem was built with preservation to the architectural features of Preveza. It is a small refuge whose tranquility remains unalterable throughout the year. Aelea House is located in an elevated position on the top of a spectacular cliff with 2 minutes walk to the beach. With a southwest orientation, the house benefits from the sun all day long and beautiful sunsets.

Notes from the Host
I love starting my day with a delicious breakfast on the sunbathed terrace and lap up a panorama view of the Preveza coastline and the pine forests and olive groves of the peninsula. At Aelea House I also spend a couple of hours on the veranda catching on a novel whilst having my brunch. Then I enjoy dipping in the blue waters of the Ionian sea and immerse myself in the beauty of your surroundings in complete privacy at the beaches in front of the house or at a 200 meters distance at beach bars. The rest of the day I admire the natural beauty of the beaches and explore the charming corners of the Kastrosykia and Kanali villages. After a lazy afternoon in the sun, together with friends I indulge in a yoga session at the balcony and enjoy a delicious meal at home against the backdrop of the twinkling stars that light up the Greek sky; or indulge into alfresco dinners and cocktails in the late afternoon while looking at the beach and the beautiful surroundings. Alternatively I take the road to Preveza town or Parga or Syvota exploring local shops.
